• creating a detailed project estimate in Google Sheets format (finishing materials, doors, plumbing fixtures, lighting devices, outlets and switches, ready-made furniture, custom items, appliances, heating devices, textiles/decor)
• searching, comparing, and selecting contractors and suppliers, calculating custom-made items
• communication with contractors, calculating the necessary quantity of materials, negotiating discounts
• formulating the project budget and optimizing it as necessary
• selecting finishes and finishing materials in showrooms and stores, organizing sample delivery, creating color schemes, coordinating samples with the client
• approving supplier invoices with the client
• organizing timely delivery of materials, furniture, and equipment to the site based on the project estimate and construction schedule
• arranging visits of suppliers and contractors to the site for measurements and subsequent installation
